La Fondation de Nant organizes all public psychiatric care in the Est vaudois. It assumes a public health mission at the request of the State of Vaud. Its care services are open to all: children, adolescents, adults, and elderly people living in the districts of Aigle, Lavaux-Oron, and Riviera-Pays-d’Enhaut. They are offered by Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Educators, and other mental health professionals. La Fondation de Nant is a member of the Fédération des Hôpitaux Vaudois (FHV), the umbrella organization for Vaudois regional hospitals recognized as being in the public interest. It is also part of the Réseau Santé Haut-Léman, which brings together health partners from the Riviera and Pays-d’Enhaut with those from the Vaudois and Valaisan Chablais. Attached to psychoanalysis through its history, La Fondation de Nant currently identifies with its contemporary developments. The resulting clinical vision is expressed through its practices, its training, and its openness to other approaches.

THE MISSION

The mission of night nurses is to ensure the required care services for each patient, with great autonomy and in close collaboration within an interdisciplinary team. Called upon to intervene in different units, they have the characteristic of being particularly flexible.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

A nurse with experience in psychiatry, holder of a Bachelor of Science HES-SO in nursing with Red Cross recognition (or a title deemed equivalent). We are looking for a person who is particularly adaptable and flexible, having the capacity to be at the service of the patient, their colleagues, and the institution. Finally, we wish to hire a person motivated by the mission of the Foundation and who enjoys working in an interdisciplinary team.
