You play a key role in the transformation of our Claims organization and contribute to evolving our practices far beyond traditional legal management. What awaits you • Lead and develop a team of lawyers based in Nyon and Adliswil • Assume responsibility for legal issues related to Non-Life claims settlement • Contribute to the strategic evolution of claims management by relying on the Technical Excellence approach • Manage complex claims files as well as judicial, mediation (Ombudsman), and extrajudicial proceedings • Advise and support Claims teams on complex legal issues • Represent Generali before courts, authorities, and professional associations Your skills • University degree in law and Swiss bar admission • Proven experience in private insurance law, civil liability law and/or social insurance law • Experience in leading teams or strong leadership potential • Strategic thinking and the ability to provide pragmatic and result-oriented solutions • Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills • Availability to travel regularly between our Nyon and Adliswil offices • Proficiency in French and German, both spoken and written (C1-C2 level for both).
