Tasks

• Store manager or branch manager - two titles, one mission: same tasks, same responsibilities. Are you ready to advance your point of sale with your team? Then you are in the right place with us.
• You know that if you support and motivate your employees, you and your team will successfully implement sales promotion measures.
• Our demanding clientele is delighted with the competent and courteous manner in which you advise them.
• You ensure optimal management of goods and ensure that your point of sale makes people want to buy.
• Your daily tasks? You establish the staff planning including cost control and take charge of the branch administration.

Requirements

• Do you convince in sales and have management experience? Then you are made for us.
• Your professional training in the field of perfumery has made you a technical expert. You are competent in business management thanks to complementary training.
• You have a very good command of German - both spoken and written.
• Office programs? No problem for you.
• Several years of experience in the sector? That convinces us.
