Job Description

For one of our clients active in the field of building technology, we are looking for an HVAC Planner to strengthen their team.

You will be responsible for planning and coordinating interventions and works related to heating, ventilation, and sanitary installations. You will ensure the monitoring of teams, construction sites, and the various stages of implementation, ensuring compliance with deadlines and the proper organization of the work.

Profile Sought

• Technical training in the field of heating, ventilation, or sanitary
• Proven experience in the planning or coordination of HVAC works
• Good knowledge of heating, ventilation, and sanitary installations
• Ability to organize and plan team interventions
• Experience in the monitoring and coordination of construction sites
• Ability to read and understand technical plans
• Good command of standard IT tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Sense of organization and excellent time management
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with various stakeholders
• Autonomy, rigor, and initiative
• Team spirit and sense of responsibility
• Driver's license, an asset
• Motivation, seriousness, and reliability
