Industrial Electrician - in the 4-shift system

To strengthen our team in Niederbipp, we are looking for you as soon as possible as an Industrial Electrician in the 4-shift system 100% (m/f) Tasks • Troubleshooting on production plants: You quickly analyze malfunctions in paper production and processing and ensure that our plants run reliably and efficiently • Execution of maintenance work: With your technical know-how, you maintain our plants and the infrastructure reliably, ensure high operational readiness, and drive process optimizations. • Ensuring the flow of information in the team: Through your clear, open, and solution-oriented communication, all parties involved always remain up to date. Optional additional tasks: • Taking over tasks in maintenance planning: You take on the planning, coordination, and structured implementation of maintenance measures independently and proactively. • Adaptation and maintenance of documentation: You carefully keep technical documents – such as schematics – up to date and sustainably ensure their quality. Profile • Training: You have completed training as an electrical installer, automation technician EFZ or in a related technical field (listed professions at ESTI) and ideally possess an installation permit NIV Art. 13 or 15. • Experience: Sound experience in the maintenance and servicing of production plants, ideally in paper production or processing, distinguishes you. • Personality and working style: With your communicative and team-oriented manner, you work across departments and promote efficient information exchange. • Shift readiness: You feel comfortable in a 4-shift operation. We work in a rolling 7-day shift model, in which you work seven consecutive days in the same shift – also on weekends and public holidays. Between shift changes, depending on the rhythm, 56 to 80 hours of free time are available to you.
