Job Description ##

• Responsibility for production and cost controlling including manufacturing cost analyses, calculations and KPI monitoring
• Analysis of production processes as well as identification and implementation of optimization potential regarding costs, efficiency and profitability
• Support of project and investment controlling including economic viability and make-or-buy analyses
• Financial support of development and investment projects in the technical environment
• Monitoring of inventories and working capital as well as derivation of suitable control measures
• Preparation of budget, forecast and management reporting
• Sparring partner for plant management and management on operational and strategic issues
• Further development of controlling instruments, cost accounting structures and reporting processes
• Ensuring high data quality and transparency along the value chain

The Successful Applicant ##

• Degree with a focus on Finance, Controlling, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering
• Several years of experience in production, plant or operations controlling of an industrial company
• Sound knowledge in cost accounting, product calculation as well as investment and project controlling
• Strong understanding of production processes and industrial value chains
• Ability to translate financial analyses into concrete recommendations for action for the operational business
• Proactive, hands-on-oriented personality with high personal responsibility
• Very good knowledge of ERP systems and Excel
• Business fluent German skills as well as good English skills
