Location Neuchâtel Availability Immediately Type Fixed Reference 41247 Published on 05/07/2026 Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a: Job Description ### To ensure the maintenance of equipment (Probers, Handlers) and other test equipment as well as the site's infrastructures. Main Responsibilities : • Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of machines on the site as well as associated technical infrastructures • Intervene on Probers, Handlers and other ASIC test equipment, while being comfortable with the entire machine park • Diagnose breakdowns, analyze root causes and implement adapted corrective actions • Ensure the availability, reliability and safety of equipment to guarantee continuity of activities • Plan and carry out maintenance interventions in coordination with production and technical teams • Participate in the installation, commissioning, adjustments and technical improvements of equipment • Write and update maintenance documentation, intervention histories and associated procedures • Monitor equipment, identify weaknesses and propose targeted improvement actions • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the machine park and infrastructures in order to reduce downtime and optimize performance Profile ### • Technical training CFC / ES / HES or equivalent in industrial maintenance, automation, electromechanics, electronics or related field • Experience in maintaining industrial equipment, technical machines or automated installations • Ease in diagnosing mechanical, electrical and electromechanical breakdowns • Versatility, field spirit and ability to intervene on varied equipment as well as on the site's infrastructures • Practical sense, autonomy, rigor and good analytical spirit • Experience on Probers, Handlers or test equipment = a decisive advantage • Current French; technical English = a plus Benefits : • A versatile position in a specialized technological environment • The opportunity to work on a varied machine park with a direct impact on continuity of activities • Close collaboration with technical teams and the possibility of developing skills Maintenance Technician - Equipment & Infrastructures (M/F) / Fixed
