To strengthen our real estate team at the St. Gallen site, we are looking for a real estate mandate manager 50-60 % (m/f/d) in St. Gallen, immediately or by agreement.

WHAT MOTIVATES YOU ###

• You manage your real estate mandates autonomously and primarily take charge of condominium owner communities in a personal, proactive, and economical manner
• You plan and lead the owners' meetings, implement decisions, and coordinate collaboration with owners, caretakers, artisans, and authorities
• You advise our clients competently on legal, technical, and financial issues related to their real estate
• You detect needs for action at an early stage, manage maintenance and renovation measures, and keep an eye on quality, deadlines, and costs
• Depending on your interests and experience, you participate in valuations, transactions, as well as the development of our processes and services

WHAT ENABLES YOU TO SUCCEED ###

• You possess a federal certificate of capacity in real estate management or an equivalent training
• You have solid experience in real estate management, preferably in condominiums
• You manage mandates autonomously, establish priorities with confidence, and act in a customer-oriented and entrepreneurial manner
• You convince with your expertise, your sense of negotiation, and your engaging attitude
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented, and reliable manner, and keep an overview even in demanding situations
• You communicate with ease in German and are familiar with digital work processes
• You appreciate professional exchanges in a team and actively contribute to the development of our real estate sector
