Your Team You will become part of a dynamic and collaborative Marketing & Communications team within Internal Firm Services. Together with internal stakeholders from the Financial Services sector - in particular Asset & Wealth Management, Banking & Capital Markets as well as Insurance - you will develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns. The team works closely with executives to specifically strengthen the market position and visibility and to support sustainable growth. Your Impact • Leading the planning, implementation and evaluation of marketing activities with a focus on Financial Services. • Development of the strategic direction of marketing topics as well as derivation of targeted measures and campaigns. • Responsibility for budget planning, controlling and reporting of relevant KPIs. • Management of customer events, Direct Marketing activities as well as sponsoring engagements from conception to follow-up. • Implementation of integrated digital and social media campaigns along the Customer Journey. • Advising internal stakeholders on all marketing-relevant questions. • Promotion of innovative marketing approaches and continuous further development of existing activities. Your Skill Set • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or comparable higher education in the marketing field. • Several years of experience in marketing, ideally in the Financial Services environment. • Structured, precise and solution-oriented way of working, even under time pressure. • Strong analytical skills as well as experience in KPI management, reporting and budget management. • Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form. • Team-oriented personality with high personal responsibility, flexibility and joy of innovation.
