What you achieve ## • Recording, checking, and processing claims (primarily in the event of hail) • Customer contact via telephone and e-mail: providing information, requesting documents, clarifying queries • Organization of hail drive-ins (e.g., appointment scheduling, coordination with partners/experts) • On-site participation in drive-ins to support the process • Payment of claims according to specifications and internal guidelines • Cooperation with internal partners (vehicle experts, specialist department, etc.) • General administrative tasks related to the claims processes • Period: Ideal start from August 2026, limited until the end of 2026 What you bring ## • Open, communicative and dynamic - you roll up your sleeves when there is a lot to do • You think ahead, work carefully, and take responsibility • Commercial or insurance-related basic training with experience in the insurance or finance industry or claims processing • Proficient German language skills are a must, French and/or Italian are an advantage • Affinity for IT and pleasure in learning new systems • Enjoyment of customer contact and working in an agile, lively environment • Resilient and flexible, especially during increased claim volumes (e.g., after storms)
