Accounts Receivable Accountant FR/GER (80-100%)

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Accountant FR/GER to join our Finance team.

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will participate in the management of customer accounts by ensuring invoicing, monitoring collections, debt collection operations, as well as processing customer inquiries in French and German.

Your main responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounts receivable operations, from invoicing to the recording of collections, ensuring the monitoring, clearing, and reconciliation of customer accounts.
• Ensure, in French and German, the processing by telephone and by e-mail of customer inquiries relating to invoicing and payments.
• Participate in periodic closings, the control of receivables and the monitoring of unpaid invoices, including litigation management.
• Support the Accounts Receivable Manager in their daily activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.

Your profile

• CFC as a commercial employee or equivalent training
• Recognized experience in accounting, including experience in accounts receivable
• Excellent ability to communicate in German (minimum level B2)
• Sense of organization, rigor and autonomy
• Team spirit and service orientation
• Available quickly
