The Digitalization and ICT department provides comprehensive IT and project services and works closely with the specialist departments. For the Clinical Applications team, we are looking for a committed individual for the stable operation and further development of central clinical applications.

Your tasks

• Ensuring the stable and secure operation as well as the support of our clinical information system KISIM and our dictation solutions Winscribe/Dragon Medical One.
• Responsibility for the support and continuous further development of the assigned applications in close coordination with the specialist departments.
• Recording, analysis and evaluation of functional requirements as well as the development and implementation of suitable IT solutions.
• Planning and coordination of changes, releases, tests and acceptances.
• Taking over project and sub-project management for the functional further development and integration of new solutions and technologies.
• Participation in the evaluation and introduction of new technologies, for example AI-based extensions.
• Participation in the on-call service for business-critical clinical applications.

Your profile

• Completed training in the field of medical informatics, computer science or a comparable qualification; alternatively a basic medical or nursing training with a strong affinity for IT and corresponding experience.
• Good knowledge of clinical processes and basic medical topics as well as ideally experience in the Swiss healthcare system.
• Several years of experience in application management or in the operation and further development of specialist applications is an advantage.
• Good understanding of application architectures, interfaces, data flows and the connections of complex IT system landscapes.
• Strong ability to understand, structure functional requirements and translate them into targeted IT solutions.
• Communicative and assertive personality with a strong understanding of service and processes.
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as a high sense of quality and responsibility.
• Willingness to take responsibility for the assigned applications and to act in a solution-oriented manner even in demanding operational situations.
