To reinforce our team, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a:
Operational responsibility in the implementation of events by leading a banquet team
Regularly conducting training for your own team, as well as for employees of third-party providers
Creating duty rosters with Mirus 3.0
Satisfying our demanding guests
Adhering to and implementing specified work processes and operational procedures
Ensuring quality control and hygiene standards
What you bring with you - Your recipe for success
Completed training in gastronomy/hotel management or a degree from a hotel management school
Professional experience in a comparable position and confident handling of Micros Symphonie
Experience in upscale hotel operations
Fluent German and English skills, any further foreign language is a plus
Sense of responsibility, flexibility, resilience and a strong sense of quality
Sensitivity in dealing with international guests, enjoyment of employee leadership and a winning appearance
