He guarantees the quality of reception, support and monitoring of patients, coordinates multidisciplinary teams in collaboration with the head nurse and contributes to the development of institutional projects promoting autonomy, inclusion and patient recovery. He is also in charge of monitoring the unit's quality mandate. Your profile: • Recognized diploma of social educator ES, HES, or equivalent title. • Recognized training in proximity management. • Additional training in the field of psychiatry is an asset. • Confirmed experience as well as solid knowledge of the activities and functioning of a social or psychiatric institution. • Proven skills in educational support as well as in the social and professional reintegration of patients. • Excellent skills in team management, organization, planning and priority management. • Ability to coordinate, mobilize and support a team of collaborators. • Ability to manage complex situations and make adapted decisions.
