Within the Property / Liability Claims department, we manage all claims related to property and liability insurance for our private and professional customers. In the event of severe weather or catastrophes, the Major Claims Task Force coordinates the organization and immediately implements the necessary measures to support our customers.

In this context, you will join an experienced and well-established team, within which you will, in an autonomous and responsible manner, take over the leadership of a team dedicated to complex claims in the Crissier region.

What you do

• You are responsible for technical management and you lead a team of up to 9 collaborators in charge of full claims processing in the fields of property, liability, and technical insurance.
• You ensure efficient claims management in accordance with directives and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.
• You ensure day-to-day operational management and guarantee the smooth running of activities.
• You encourage the professional and personal development of each member of your team.
• You actively accompany your team in the implementation of changes.

What you bring

• Federal diploma in insurance or a diploma from a specialized higher school in insurance.
• Min. 1-3 years of experience in team management desired.
• Several years of experience in claims settlement and solid technical knowledge in the fields of property and liability insurance.
• Sharp mind, strong customer, service, and solution orientation.
• Excellent command of French and good knowledge of German.
