Professional field: Technical basic training as an electrical planner / electrical installer / electrical fitter with further training as an electrical engineer FH, electrical technician HF. Area of responsibility • You independently manage national and international projects. • You ensure the implementation of projects in terms of schedule, cost, and quality. • You undertake the execution of project controlling and regular reporting to stakeholders. • You coordinate subcontractors and sub-suppliers and also conduct corresponding negotiations with them. • To safeguard and enforce project interests, you perform active claim management. • Your department has great potential for growth: This is also part of your job. Requirement profile • You have a technical basic training as an electrical planner / electrical installer / electrical fitter and have further training as an electrical engineer FH or electrical technician HF. • You bring experience in the field of medium voltage technology and transformer design, whether in building technology, industrial plants, water supply, etc. • You already bring several years of experience as a project manager of large-scale projects. • You communicate clearly, confidently, and at eye level, internally within the team as well as externally with authorities, manufacturers, and execution companies. • You take responsibility, make decisions, and lead project engineers with clarity and trust. Instead of losing yourself in the details, you keep the big picture in view and bring the projects efficiently to the goal. • You are internationally positioned and therefore ready for business trips. • You speak fluent German and English, any further language is an advantage.
