Active for almost 90 years in the fine bakery products market, it is recognized worldwide for its expertise, the quality of its products, and its dynamism. www.cornu.ch For our Champagne site, we are looking, for a rapid start, for our future: SITE QUALITY MANAGER Your MAIN tasks: • Monitoring and updating raw material specifications • Conducting hygiene audits on site • Monitoring control plans Production record controls • Staff training (hygiene, control, -) • Conducting internal audits • Active participation in HACCP monitoring • Drafting and monitoring customer specifications • Proofreading text on packaging • Various administrative tasks related to quality management (archiving etc..) YOUR PROFILE: • Trained Food Technology Engineer, you have confirmed experience of several years in a similar position; • Mastery of SAP (a plus) and comfortable with the office suite; • Mastery of spoken, written, and read English, knowledge of German a plus; • You are capable of absorbing a large amount of information and processing it according to the required priorities • Flexible regarding schedules, committed, reactive, stress-resistant, and having a sense of responsibility WE OFFER YOU an interesting function, close to the field, with a wide range of tasks within an evolving and dynamic structure.
