Job Description

• You set up CNC lathes and independently carry out maintenance activities on the CNC machines
• You independently take responsibility for the efficient quality control of the manufactured components and document the test and measurement results for release
• You perform program corrections and program optimizations
• You participate in the optimization of setup and production processes as well as their automation
• You support the loading and monitoring of the machines in series production

Requirement Profile

• Training or experience in the metalworking sector, e.g., as a Polymechanic, Cutting Mechanic or CNC Turner (m/f/d)
• Professional experience as a CNC Turner in the metalworking sector
• Practical experience in testing and measurement activities as well as in process optimization
• Knowledge in control technology (Fanuc/Siemens controls)
• A high sense of quality and responsibility is a matter of course for you
• Willingness to work in 3-shift operation if required (early/late/night)
• Flexibility, teamwork, independent action as well as reliability characterize you
• Good German language skills round off your profile
