Tasks

• You process and assess all notification procedures (geothermal probes, E-charging stations, solar systems, air/water heat pumps, district heating connection) and grant approval or rejection.
• You process and assess mostly standardized building applications (predominantly technical systems) from a building law perspective.
• You manage and coordinate the building permit procedure and carry out topic-specific general and/or case-related clarifications.
• Diverse provision of information on process and detail questions for your procedures rounds off the task profile.

Profile

• You bring a completed vocational apprenticeship (Zeichner*in EFZ) or equivalent training as well as several years of professional experience in the field of construction planning or execution.
• You have points of contact and interest in construction activities. Your joy in upstream and downstream administrative activities as well as consultations are palpable.
• We also count on your initiative and openness towards new things.
• You use your negotiation skills, your positive charisma, and your persuasiveness profitably.
• Additionally, you bring flexibility and a pinch of humor.
• Your stylish oral and written expression in the German language rounds off your profile.

About us

At the Amt für Baubewilligungen, we are working today on the Zurich of tomorrow. Our task is to check building applications, buildings, and systems with regard to building law and safety. We inform, advise, assess, and mediate even before the submission of a building application, conduct the permit procedure until the decision, and monitor the execution of the construction work with regard to construction and safety regulations.
