• 17 juillet 2026 • 100% • Durée indéterminée • Monthey Project Manager - backup power plant Dedicated to our Thermatel facility operating as a backup power plant for the Confederation, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager whose main mission is to ensure the global steering of the Thermatel program and to coordinate all associated investment and maintenance projects. Furthermore, you guarantee a robust, structured and efficient management of the program, in compliance with contractual commitments, budgets, deadlines, quality requirements and performance objectives. Through your action, you contribute directly to the success of a long-term strategic program and to the positioning of CIMO as a reliable player in national electricity supply security. Steer a portfolio of investment and maintenance projects representing a global envelope of several tens of millions of francs over the coming yearsMaintain governance, steering methods and program monitoring processes and improve them if requiredPlan, coordinate and prioritize the various projects, stages and necessary resourcesGuarantee compliance with contractual commitments, budgets, deadlines and quality requirementsIdentify, analyze and control technical, financial, organizational and contractual risksImplement performance indicators and ensure regular, clear and synthetic reporting to decision-making bodies (internal and external)Coordinate stakeholders involved in the programUnite teams around common objectives and facilitate decision-makingStructure next actions and ensure their implementationPromote a culture of efficiency, continuous improvement and cost controlEnsure the smooth flow of information between the various stakeholders of the programFrom an engineering-type training profileFrom a recognized certification in project management and/or project program managementFrom at least five years of experience in managing major, complex projects or multi-project programsFrom proven experience in steering large investment envelopes and long-term projectsFrom an excellent ability to structure, analyze and synthesize complex informationFrom solid communication skills, stakeholder coordination and the ability to unite multidisciplinary teams around common objectivesFrom an excellent sense of organization, priorities and anticipationFrom a strong orientation towards results, efficiency and continuous improvementFrom a very good command of English, both spoken and written; knowledge of German is an advantageA strong corporate culture, based on collaboration, trust and respectA cutting-edge technological environment, within an SME anchored in the regional economic fabric Real opportunities for professional development, with continuous training as a strategic pillar Attractive conditions, including advantageous social benefits and flexibility promoting work-life balance APPLY
