Medical Secretary in Radiology

Integrated within our medical team, you will play a key role in the reception and administrative management of our patient·e·s:

• Management of appointments for different medical imaging examinations (radiography, MRI, scanner, ultrasound, mammography…)
• Administrative preparation and organization of patient files before examinations
• Verification of medical prescriptions and coordination with radiologists and radiology technicians
• Management of consents and patient information regarding the conduct of examinations
• Entry and archiving of imaging results, secure transmission to treating physicians
• Follow-up of protocols and procedures specific to radiology (safety, radiation protection, confidentiality)
• Coordination with laboratories and annex services for combined examinations
• Reception and accompaniment of patients, including those requiring particular support (elderly people or those with reduced mobility)
• Medical secretary diploma indispensable
• Confirmed experience as a medical secretary, ideally in radiology
• English mandatory minimum B1
• Mastery of medical terminology and IT tools
• Spirit of mutual aid and collaboration
