Maintenance Agent and Concierge (multi-skilled) 100 % (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of all indoor and outdoor areas, including offices, entrances, corridors, staircases/elevators, break rooms, sanitary facilities as well as glass surfaces
• Execution of all concierge tasks related to the maintenance of buildings and surroundings, including green space maintenance, snow removal, handling machines and replacement of the concierge
• Assistance during periodic and annual cleanings of production halls
• Professional separation of recyclable materials as well as organization and management of waste disposal
• Supply, management and maintenance of cleaning materials, equipment and machines
• Carrying out small repairs, maintenance and servicing work on buildings and installations
• Working with aerial platforms and other technical aids (after appropriate instruction)

Profile

• Experience in cleaning, concierge services, maintenance services or in a similar multi-skilled function
• Manual dexterity as well as practical experience in small repairs and maintenance work
• Experience in an industrial environment is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Autonomous, reliable and responsible way of working
• Flexibility and willingness to take on different tasks
• Sense of order, cleanliness and organization
• Good command of German, oral and written
• Category B driving license required
• Training (e.g. building cleaner CFC, manual training) an asset, but not a condition
