Audioprothesist (m/f/x)

Occupancy rate: 80 - 100 %

You accompany hard-of-hearing people on the path to a better auditory experience. Thanks to your skills, your sense of listening and your enthusiasm for modern hearing solutions, you propose personalized solutions that sustainably improve the daily lives of our female and male customers.

Your missions:

• Advise and accompany our female customers, male customers and interested persons in a professional manner regarding our hearing solutions.
• Adapt, sell and ensure the follow-up of the most modern hearing systems as well as associated accessories.
• Perform hearing tests, ear impressions or ear scans.
• Develop and maintain lasting relationships of trust with our clientele.
• Ensure the management and updating of customer data in our systems.
• Actively participate in continuous training in order to constantly develop your professional knowledge.

Your profile:

• Completed training as an audioprothesist or equivalent qualification.
• Passion for your profession and pleasure in working in contact with people.
• Customer-oriented personality, empathetic and endowed with a strong sense of service.
• Current professional knowledge and interest in new hearing technologies.
• Ease with digital tools and good administrative and commercial knowledge.
• Autonomous, reliable and rigorous way of working.
