To strengthen our team, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a: F&B Supervisor 100% (w/m/i) In this guest-oriented position, you are responsible for: Leading daily operations in the restaurant and ensuring a smooth workflow Responsibility for the team during your shifts and close cooperation with the Restaurant Manager and their deputy Assistance with staff planning with Mirus 3.0, creating daily closings, and ensuring quality and hygiene standards Conducting small training sessions to strengthen the team and implement operational guidelines What you bring with you • Completed training in gastronomy/hospitality or a degree from a hotel management school • Professional experience in a comparable position and confident handling of Micros Symphonie • Experience in upscale hotel operations and in Room Service • Fluent German and English skills, any further foreign language is a plus • Sense of responsibility, flexibility, resilience, and a strong awareness of quality • Sensitivity in dealing with international guests, enjoyment of employee leadership, and a winning appearance What awaits you A versatile activity awaits you in a great team with many benefits, such as the staff house with a gym, TV lounge, billiard room, and library.
