To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed, strong-leading, and service-oriented personality as Chef de Service (m/f/d) 80–100%, who leads our service area responsibly with a passion for hospitality, organizational talent, and team spirit. What awaits you • You manage the daily service operations in the restaurant as well as at banquets, seminars, and events. • You lead, motivate, and support the service team in operational business. • You ensure a smooth process and guarantee first-class guest service. • You work closely with the kitchen, reception, and event management. • You plan and coordinate employee shifts in consultation with the management. • You support the onboarding of new employees and promote their development. • You take responsibility for compliance with our quality and hygiene standards. • You take care of guest care, complaint management, and contribute to high guest satisfaction. • You contribute your own ideas and continuously develop our service quality together with the team. What you bring with you • Completed training in the hotel or gastronomy industry. • Several years of professional experience in service, ideally in a leadership role. • Distinctive host personality with high service orientation. • Organizational talent as well as an independent and structured way of working. • Joy in leading and developing employees. • Resilience, flexibility, and a sense of responsibility. • Very good German skills, other languages are an advantage.
