Operational Buyer (m/f/d) 80-100%

Your tasks:

• Processing of the entire operational procurement process for goods and services
• Maintenance of supplier and material master data
• Document management for all procurement processes
• Independent execution of smaller sourcing events, price inquiries, supplier evaluation
• Support in the creation of tender documents
• Creating and processing orders, price inquiries (price, conditions, delivery dates)
• Ensuring delivery dates (date reminders and reminders)

Your profile:

• Completed commercial and/or technical training possibly with further training in purchasing
• Professional experience in the field of operational purchasing
• Good IT understanding, proficient in the use of an ERP in the purchasing area
• Good Word and Excel skills
• Very good German skills (stylistically confident in speaking and writing)
• Team-oriented, flexible and resilient personality
• Quick comprehension
• Healthy assertiveness
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
• Workload: 80-100%
