You are the face of La Ferme: With your warm, attentive, and professional manner, you create a welcoming experience for our customers from the moment they arrive.

You take responsibility: You work autonomously, stay calm and organized during busy service, and communicate closely with managers and the rest of the team.

You care about hospitality: You understand that excellent service is not just about serving food - it is about creating an authentic and memorable experience for our customers.

Who you are

You have solid professional experience in restaurant service and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.

You are reliable, organized, and comfortable with taking on responsibility.

You are passionate about hospitality and love to offer warm, personal, and professional service.

You work well in a team and maintain a positive attitude, even during busy periods.

You speak good German and English; French is an asset.

You are already based locally in Saas-Fee or the surrounding area or have your own accommodation for the season.
