These are your tasks

• You independently carry out the assembly of glass and metal construction according to technical drawings, plans, and specifications
• You coordinate and undertake assembly work on the construction site; as a Head Assembler, you additionally lead an assembly team
• You precisely fit, adjust, and ensure the professional final assembly of building elements such as windows, doors, facades, and glazing
• You carry out disassembly, conversion, and adjustment work reliably and efficiently
• You check dimensional accuracy and ensure that all quality requirements are met
• You actively participate in solving technical challenges on the construction site
• You take responsibility for compliance with safety regulations as well as for order and cleanliness on the construction site
• You are in regular exchange with the project management, site management, and other trades and ensure a smooth process

What characterizes you

• You have completed training as a Metalworker EFZ, Metal Construction Practitioner EBA, or in a related professional field
• You have several years of experience in metal construction or in assembly
• You possess a Category B driver's license, ideally with trailer test (BE)
• You have a good technical understanding and can read and implement technical drawings reliably
• You are characterized by a high degree of responsibility and reliability
• You are an organized, communicative, and team-oriented personality
• You work flexibly and approach challenges in a solution-oriented manner
