You check invoices, keep data up to date, and are the central interface between purchasing, goods receipt, sales, and freight forwarders. Your commitment makes the difference! Your tasks: Recording, processing, and checking of goods invoices; maintenance and updating of data; payment releases; contact person for purchasing, goods receipt, sales, and freight forwarders; general administrative activities; holiday replacement: during around 10 weeks per year, you will take on an increased workload of 80 - 100 % to optimally support the team during this time. What you bring with you: 5 years of experience in an office environment, commercial training an advantage; very good German skills in speaking and writing, basic knowledge of English; confident handling of PC applications and a strong flair for numbers; expeditious and independent working style; flexibility, team spirit, and a positive basic attitude; sense of responsibility and good communication behavior.
