So if you are a motivated and hyper-enthusiastic person, join the clan for the position of Qualified traditional mason* Your mission: ## As a qualified mason, you will work on construction, renovation, transformation, and civil engineering sites. You will put your know-how at the service of realizing quality works, in compliance with plans, deadlines, and safety standards. • Read and interpret execution plans as well as technical documents to ensure compliant realization of the works. • Perform traditional masonry work with full autonomy: foundations, walls, slabs, floors, stairs, and concrete structures. • Set up traditional and metal formwork (banches) according to the technical requirements of the site. • Lay and assemble reinforcement in accordance with reinforcement plans before concreting operations. • Perform the pouring, vibration, and finishing of concrete while guaranteeing a quality result. • Erect different types of masonry: bricks, concrete blocks, natural stone, reinforced concrete, and other construction materials. • Participate in renovation, transformation, rehabilitation, and reinforcement work of existing structures. • Perform layouts, control levels, alignments, and plumb lines to ensure the precision of the realizations. • Ensure compliance with safety instructions, current directives, as well as the good organization of the site. • Work in close collaboration with site managers, construction managers, and various trades to ensure the smooth progress of the work. • Contribute to the quality of realizations thanks to your autonomy, your rigor, and your sense of responsibility. Now, shall we talk about you? ## • You hold a CFC in Masonry or an equivalent training recognized in Switzerland. • You benefit from confirmed experience in masonry, acquired on new construction, renovation, and transformation sites. • You master traditional formwork, reinforcement, and concreting techniques as well as all structural work. • You know how to read and interpret execution plans in order to realize precise works that comply with the requirements of the site. • Autonomous, methodical, and rigorous, you are capable of managing your work while collaborating effectively with the teams in the field. • You are recognized for your professionalism, your sense of responsibility, and your constant concern for quality. • You possess good physical condition and enjoy working outdoors in a construction site environment. • You scrupulously respect safety instructions, current standards, and internal procedures. • Holder of a B permit, you ideally have a vehicle in order to travel to the different sites. • Available quickly, you are ready to intervene on missions located on the Arc lémanique, particularly in the regions of Lausanne and Geneva.
