Kipfer-Logistik is internationally active with conventional, temperature-controlled, high-value and ultra-secured logistical concepts and transports. We are a Europe-wide transport/logistics company based in Zeiningen, Münchenstein and Lausen Switzerland, which has belonged to the Loomis Gruppe since September.

What awaits you

• Support in complying with all relevant requirements, especially: EU GDP, GXP, national and international guidelines, air freight security requirements, BAZL, ISO9001/ISO14001
• Assistance in the development, implementation and monitoring of the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Creation of SOPs, work instructions, templates and checklists while complying with document management standards
• Conducting compliance assessments & risk analyses
• Planning and support of internal and external audits
• Coordination of change requests
• Training of employees in quality-relevant topics
• Participation in the qualification and monitoring of facilities and other external service providers
• Establishment and further development of a structured continuous improvement process
• Analysis of quality key figures (KPIs) and derivation of sustainable improvement measures
• Promotion of a quality and compliance culture within the company
• Support and representation of the Head of Quality in strategic and operational topics
• Participation in the further development of the quality strategy
• Participation in management reviews and decision-making processes

What you bring with you

• Completed studies (e.g. pharmacy, logistics, quality management, or comparable qualification)
• Initial professional experience in the quality area of pharmaceutical logistics
• Good understanding of logistics processes and supply chain flows
• Knowledge of GDP/GxP
• Experience in the field of pharmaceutical logistics
• Strong sense of quality and responsibility
• Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
• Assertiveness and communication strength
• Team spirit and enjoyment of teamwork
• Very good German and English skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office as well as confident handling of common IT systems and applications
