Team Leader - Electricity

The mission of the Electricity Team Leader is to ensure the reliability, performance, and compliance of the campus's electrical infrastructures. He/she guarantees proactive and service-oriented maintenance, coordinates teams and technical service providers, contributes to the energy optimization of the facilities, and acts as an operational electrician in accordance with article 13 OIBT.

Your responsibilities:

• Supervise, organize, and develop a team of technicians within a culture of quality, safety, and service.
• Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities to guarantee the availability of electrical installations.
• Coordinate the interventions of internal teams and external service providers while ensuring the quality of services.
• Manage emergency interventions and effectively prioritize actions in a demanding environment.
• Ensure the follow-up of the compliance of electrical installations and organize periodic OIBT inspections.
• Lead small technical projects as well as the administrative follow-up of quotes, orders, and interventions.
• Use and optimize CMMS tools in order to improve planning, monitoring of interventions, and service performance.
• Contribute to the energy optimization of the campus by identifying deviations and proposing improvement actions.
• Analyze the state of electrical installations and propose sustainable solutions guaranteeing their long-term performance.
• Act as the technical electricity referent for the campus and contribute to the renewal and investment strategy of the infrastructures.

Your profile:

• You hold a Federal Diploma of Electrical Technician, Project Manager in Installation and Safety, a Federal Master in Electricity, or an equivalent training.
• You have a confirmed experience of 5 to 10 years in electrical maintenance, ideally in a complex tertiary environment (campus, hospitality, hospital setting, or equivalent).
• You have a solid knowledge of OIBT standards and requirements.
• You have successful experience in supervising technical teams and managing external service providers.
• You have a good understanding of the challenges of preventive and corrective maintenance.
• You have experience in using a CMMS tool or the ability to adopt it quickly.
• You are recognized for your sense of service, your reactivity, and your pragmatism.
• You are capable of organizing, motivating, and developing a team in a culture of quality and service.
• You are comfortable in managing priorities, anticipating needs, and the continuous improvement of installations.
• You are a native French speaker and possess good knowledge of English (B2).
