Job Description ##

Reporting to the Management and a member of the executive committee, the IT Manager is responsible for defining, steering, and deploying the organization's IT and digital strategy.

• Define and execute the IT roadmap in coherence with the organization's strategic objectives.
• Lead digital transformation projects and support change management.
• Ensure information system governance and monitoring of the IT budget.
• Define and monitor performance indicators related to IT services and transformation projects.
• Guarantee IT security, business continuity, and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise internal IT resources and coordinate external providers.
• Supervise infrastructures, business applications, and cloud services.
• Optimize the use of Microsoft 365 and develop collaborative tools.
• Lead the analysis of needs, selection, and deployment of an ERP solution.
• Promote usages related to artificial intelligence and identify new innovation opportunities.
• Support users in the adoption of new tools and digital best practices.

The Successful Applicant ##

• Higher education in IT, information systems, engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Proven experience in managing IT environments and steering digital transformation projects.
• Successful experience in managing teams and external providers.
• Excellent mastery of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and modern working environments.
• Experience in the selection and deployment of ERP or integrated management solutions.
• Good knowledge of IT infrastructures, networks, cloud, and cybersecurity.
• Understanding of challenges related to artificial intelligence and digital innovation.
• Ability to communicate with business stakeholders and translate operational needs into technological solutions.
• Leadership, collaborative spirit, and strong results orientation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to support change.
• Fluent French and a good level of professional English.
