What you will achieve:

Definition of the system architecture, the communication interfaces, and the component specifications to ensure optimal efficiency of inductive charging systems
Creation and review of system requirements as well as test cases for the development of a functional architecture including end-to-end traceability in accordance with project goals
Close cooperation with hardware, software, and mechanics teams to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
Conducting design trade-offs, risk analyses, as well as root cause analyses (incl. troubleshooting and analysis of CAN traces) to optimize system performance
Support of system operation and commissioning through prototype tests in the laboratory as well as field tests in the vehicle
Active participation in the development of new technologies in the field of inductive charging systems

What you bring with you:

Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or a comparable course of study
At least 5 years of professional experience in systems engineering, preferably in the automotive environment
Sound knowledge of system engineering methodologies and the development cycle according to the V-model
Very good knowledge of automotive and wireless communication interfaces (e.g., CAN, Ethernet, WLAN)
Experience with functional safety as well as automotive development processes
High motivation, strong technical expertise, analytical thinking skills, as well as very good communication and cross-team skills
