Polyanalytic is a medical analysis laboratory located in Lausanne and a member of the Sonic Suisse local laboratory network. Job objective Join our dedicated team within the Polyanalytic laboratory and participate, in this key role, in building the future of our leading and innovative company. Your impact in this role • Telephone response to patients and doctors: common information regarding analyses available at the laboratory, deadlines, requirements regarding sampling • Registration and verification of analysis files • Printing and sending analysis reports • Reception and orientation of visitors Your background and expertise • You hold a CFC as an assistant or medical secretary or a title deemed equivalent • You are versatile and comfortable on the phone • You have already worked within a laboratory or a medical practice: an asset • You master IT tools and office work • Foreign languages: an asset If you are, furthermore, a reliable and autonomous person, endowed with a strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and quality, you are the personality we are looking for.
