As a reliable and professionally competent personality, do you enjoy taking on responsibility, processing customer requests in a solution-oriented manner, and accompanying our SME clientele during their digital start? Your tasks:

• Taking over and processing SME openings from the digital onboarding track in the Service Center
• Processing administrative tasks: opening capital deposit accounts, opening business relationships for SMEs, processing written inquiries as well as orders, including processing customer-related pending items as well as conducting clarifications in telephone customer contact.

What you bring with you:

• Commercial basic training, preferably banking training (CYP)
• Professional experience along the entire SME process (end-to-end)
• Knowledge in handling regulatory requirements (OR, VSB, AIA / FATCA)
• Analytical skills, effective way of working, high self-motivation & customer orientation
• Affinity for digital channels is an advantage
• Team player with very good communication skills in German and French mandatory, further foreign language skills are an advantage
