In cable production, the Extrusion team needs reinforcement. We are looking for a Foreman (a), 100%, immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Personnel deployment planning and coordination together with the master
• Technical support for the assigned machine operators
• Monitoring of production processes at the machines as well as initiation of corresponding measures in coordination with the master
• Monitoring of compliance with quality specifications
• Conducting audits with internal and external bodies
• Disposition of consumables and auxiliary materials
• Responsible for the maintenance of the machines and all necessary work equipment
• Ensuring compliance with operating regulations and safety regulations

You bring with you

• Completed vocational training in the technical field, professional experience as a machine operator
• Good knowledge of the processes in cable production
• Ability to quickly and correctly recognize even complex relationships in cable production
• High level of commitment, high quality awareness and willingness to work in 3-4 shift operations
• Good MS-Office knowledge
• Balanced, affable and team-oriented personality with good assertiveness
