Nursing Specialist FH/HF Wohnen IV 50 - 100% YOUR TASKS You ensure professional, individual and resource-oriented care and support for the residents and regularly hold shift responsibility. You carry out nursing assessments, plan and evaluate nursing processes and document them professionally. You recognize changes in health status early and initiate appropriate measures. You are co-responsible for doctor visits, medication management and the implementation of complex medical and medico-technical measures. You take on key person work and work together with relatives, legal representatives and specialist agencies. You support, advise and instruct employees in complex nursing situations and are the contact person for technical questions in the nursing context. You actively participate in the management, design and documentation of the nursing process according to interRAI LTCF criteria. If interested, you will take on the interRAI responsibility for the residential group. You contribute your nursing expertise to the further development of standards, processes and services. YOUR PROFILE Degree as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH or equivalent training. Experience in long-term care is an advantage. Enjoy supporting people with disabilities. Appreciative, resource-oriented attitude and high social competence. Independent way of working, sense of responsibility and team spirit. Enjoy participating and contributing to change and development processes. Experience with InterRAI LTCF is an advantage or willingness to complete corresponding specialist courses.
