The contribution you can make

• Ensure the availability of systems and materials in the Equipment sector of flight crews and the Parachute Launch Service as the responsible lead dispatcher
• Take responsibility for requirement planning and the management of dispatch and distribution data
• Contribute in an advisory capacity to the storage strategy, establish stock quantification, and optimize goods rotation
• Ensure the flow of information regarding system management, procurement, and intended for item managers
• Execute, examine, and evaluate experiments as a technical specialist collaborator at the competent body for materials and operations
• Ensure the updating of maintenance prescriptions, related certificates, and spare parts catalogs

What distinguishes you

• Completed vocational training CFC (logistics, technical, commercial) with specialization in the logistics / materials management / dispatching sector, etc.
• Generalist with professional experience and affinity for technology
• Solid knowledge of SAP, preferably in the field of warehouse management / dispatching / order management
• Responsible, team-oriented, and customer-oriented way of working, autonomous and precise
• Passing the security clearance related to persons is a prerequisite
• Knowledge of a second official language and good knowledge of English (level B1)

The Operations Command (Cdo Op) is responsible for all operations and all military deployments of the Swiss Army. It includes, among others, the Air Force, Land Forces, the four territorial divisions, the SWISSINT Competence Center, the special forces command, and the military police.
