On behalf of one of our clients based in Valais, we are looking for an Operations Manager (M/F): Your future responsibilities: • You will pilot the site's operational activity on technical, human and financial levels. • You will manage and support the teams (project managers, technicians, fitters, etc.). • You will ensure the follow-up and proper execution of projects, ensuring quality, deadlines, safety and costs. • You will develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients, partners and representatives. • You will actively participate in the commercial and strategic development of the site. • You will ensure compliance with standards, internal procedures and legal requirements in force Your profile: • You have a technical background in the construction field (civil engineering, building, building techniques or equivalent). • You have confirmed experience in a site management, project or department management function. • You have a solid knowledge of the Valais economic fabric as well as the practices of the construction sector in Switzerland. • You demonstrate natural leadership, excellent organizational skills and an entrepreneurial spirit. • You are comfortable with financial management and team leadership. • You demonstrate good communication skills and a marked solution-oriented approach.
