Job Description Under the responsibility of the Senior Director Product, you will play a key role in the definition, deployment, and performance of our watch collections. Acting as a true interface between the Design, R&D, Industrialization, Quality, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Marketing teams, you will manage the entire product lifecycle to guarantee their consistency with the Manufacture's strategy, market expectations, and business objectives. In this context, your main responsibilities will be to: * Supervise and develop a Product team, by defining priorities, supporting skill development, and fostering a collaborative, stimulating, and high-performing work environment within the product ecosystem * Guarantee and carry the product vision of the collections, by contributing to the medium and long-term strategy, the architecture of the offering, its positioning, and its overall consistency * Drive the deployment of the Product plan as well as the technical evolutions of existing collections, from the expression of needs to final validation, in collaboration with the Design, R&D, Industrialization, and Quality teams * Analyze collection performance and market trends, in order to identify opportunities for optimization, innovation, and product portfolio evolution * Guarantee the technical excellence of products, by ensuring mastery of specifications, costs, quality, standards, and product data management * Represent the Product function to transverse bodies and projects, by contributing to roadmaps, committees, product reviews, and strategic events * Support product launches and lifecycles, by providing the necessary tools, content, and expertise to markets and commercial teams * Contribute to the overall performance of the business, by collaborating closely with purchasing, Supply Chain, and other business functions to guarantee the availability and competitiveness of the offering Qualifications * Higher education in Microtechnics, Engineering, Industrial Design, or an equivalent field * Minimum 7 years of experience in Product Management in the watch industry * Excellent knowledge of watch products (movements, complications, materials, and industrialization processes) * Experience in product development and complex technical project management * Demonstrated ability to manage, develop, and unite teams through natural leadership * Strong organizational skills and priority management * Analytical mindset and results orientation * Technical curiosity and sense of innovation * Excellent communication and transverse collaboration skills * Mastery of PLM, ERP, and project management tools * Mastery of French and English Additional Information What we offer: * Coverage of health insurance (basic and supplementary) * 5 annual weeks of vacation and 2 additional weeks between Christmas and New Year thanks to the daily accumulation of additional minutes * A contribution to your sporting or cultural activities * The possibility, depending on the role, to work remotely * A company restaurant * An advantageous LPP (pension fund) You wish to express your expertise within Audemars Piguet?
