Your tasks: • Ensuring reception, telephone switchboard, and general customer service • Carrying out versatile administrative and organizational tasks • Creating correspondence, presentations, and other documents • Supporting project teams with offers, contracts, and project administration • Processing reports as well as maintaining internal data and lists • Coordinating internal events as well as entries and exits • Managing mail, office supplies, and general office premises • Supporting employees with administrative and simple IT requests Your profile: • Commercial basic training or comparable qualification • Professional experience in administration, back office, or secretariat • Industry experience in the construction, architecture, or real estate environment is an advantage • Very good MS Office skills and high IT affinity • Proficient German language skills • Independent, structured, and proactive way of working • Communicative, flexible, and team-oriented personality Your prospect: Look forward to a versatile hub function with varied tasks in administration and project support.
