Global Service Business Manager 100%

Your tasks and responsibilities

• You are responsible for the strategic and operational further development of the global spare parts, retrofit, and service business and lead an international team of around 10 to 15 employees
• You continuously analyze customer needs, market potentials, and technology trends and develop profitable service and lifecycle solutions from them
• The management of business models, offers, and pricing for service parts, upgrades, retrofits, and digital solutions is your responsibility
• Together with Sales, Product Management, and the regional organizations, you further expand the international service business and tap into new growth potentials
• The definition of relevant KPIs, meaningful reporting on business development, as well as the tracking of project status complete your versatile area of responsibility

Your profile

• You have a technical education with further training in business administration (HF/FH/Uni) as well as several years of leadership and management experience in an international service and/or sales organization in mechanical engineering
• You bring sound knowledge in the spare parts, service, or retrofit business as well as experience in the development of business models and market development strategies
• As an entrepreneurial personality, you convince with strong customer orientation, negotiation skills, and enjoyment of change and digitalization topics
• Experience in the development and implementation of digital service solutions as well as very good SAP knowledge distinguish you
• Very good German and English skills as well as the willingness to travel internationally by around 10 % complete your profile
