In this role, you are responsible for the independent and professional preparation of all meals for our residents, employees, and for the guests of the Restaurant Seerose, while complying with hygiene and production quality. You provide active assistance during catering and banquet events as well as in the provision of the meal service. Goods receipt control, warehousing and goods issue, as well as the support of our apprentices, are also part of your area of responsibility.
