• Receipt and processing of telephone and administrative inquiries
• Recording and tracking of orders and complaints
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Complaint processing
• Various administrative tasks

Qualifications

What you bring with you:

• Commercial basic training
• Commercial professional experience in customer service or in inside sales
• German native language, good oral French skills mandatory
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
