• Independent management of a versatile real estate portfolio
• Support of owners, tenants and other stakeholders
• Organization and implementation of STWE assemblies as well as lettings
• Professional leadership, support and development of the management team
• Coordination of tasks, quality and efficient processes

• Several years of experience in real estate management
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Confident appearance and good communication skills
• Initial leadership experience and enjoyment of responsibility
• Team-oriented as well as service-oriented
