Do you want to combine technology, leadership, and innovative railway solutions? In railway electrical, you will design demanding projects for a high-performance and reliable railway infrastructure. Together with your team, you will develop electrotechnical solutions, accompany projects from acquisition to successful completion, and maintain exchange with customers as well as internal specialist departments. As Team Lead at the Bern location, you will take responsibility for people, projects, and the further development of our range of services. If required, you bring willingness to travel and a category B driver's license. For the succession of our previous Team Lead, we are looking for a committed personality who will further develop these tasks with us. Team Lead Railway Electrical Tasks * Technical, personnel leadership and development of the team * Acquisition of railway electrical projects, customer support as well as responsibility for the technical and commercial processing of demanding projects * Coordination of resource and deployment planning, ensuring efficient project organization as well as monitoring deadlines, costs, quality, and project progress * Responsibility for offer preparation and project controlling, assessment of incoming orders and project results, and derivation of suitable measures * Technical support for the development of electrotechnical concepts, studies, specifications, and technical documentation as well as contributing your own technical expertise * Promotion of cross-departmental cooperation, driving the development of new railway electrical solutions, and optimizing existing services Requirements * Experience in the management and processing of technical projects, ideally in the railway power environment * Completed degree from a University of Applied Sciences in electrical engineering or a degree from a higher technical college in the field of electrical engineering or a comparable qualification * Enjoyment of leadership tasks as well as the ability to promote, motivate employees, and achieve common goals * Strong customer orientation, negotiation skills, as well as high communication and social competence * Very good German skills as well as French and English skills at level B2 or higher Offer Overhead lines and everything that goes with them, that is our world.
