Entra ID Engineer (f/m/d) Be your best with Bechtle On behalf of our client based in Genève, we are looking for an Entra ID Engineer (f/m/d) responsible for designing, implementing and evolving cloud identity services in a Microsoft environment, with a strong focus on migration to Entra ID, access security and application of Zero Trust principles. Your mission Design, deploy and maintain key Microsoft Entra ID capabilities, including Conditional Access, MFA, Windows Hello for Business and Passwordless solutions, in order to strengthen the Zero Trust security framework. Drive the evolution of on-prem AD to Microsoft Entra ID as the primary identity provider, including adapting governance and authority sources for user and group objects. Contribute to the migration of identity services from legacy environments, including Microsoft Identity Manager, to Microsoft Entra ID Governance and Cloud Sync, while optimizing Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes and automated provisioning. Configure, administer and monitor access security devices, in particular Azure Privileged Identity Management, Identity Protection and decentralized identity initiatives such as Microsoft Entra Verified ID. Ensure monitoring, incident and request handling, as well as production of technical documentation and configuration standards, in coordination with IAM, security, architecture and other product teams. Your profile Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in IAM engineering and administration, with operational mastery of Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD in a cloud transformation context. Very good mastery of identity and federation standards, including SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect and JWT, as well as a good understanding of identity management challenges at the scale of an international organization. Solid skills in automation and industrialization via PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD and Microsoft Graph API, with the ability to develop reliable workflows, manage mass operations and handle configuration deviations. Practical experience with Microsoft Entra ID Governance features, such as Access Reviews, Entitlement Management and Lifecycle Workflows, as well as a good understanding of IAM security mechanisms in an Azure environment. Ability to work in an agile and transverse environment, in close collaboration with technical, security and architecture teams, with a high level of rigor, documentation and operational quality.
