Market and Customer Manager (80%-100%) YOUR MISSION WITH US You lead the "Market and Customers" department (around 20 employees) and are responsible for the strategic and operational development of sales and customer administration You develop, in collaboration with the Lausanne office, market processing, customer strategy and service offering in a continuous manner and open up new business opportunities You ensure effective and efficient market processing as well as professional customer management in daily operations and implement budget and annual objectives in a targeted manner You manage collaboration with commercial partners, major customers and internal organizational units and ensure high-quality data and service You lead, enable, coach and develop your team and promote a high-performing and open team culture You ensure continuous optimization of processes, indicators and quality standards and stimulate innovation and digitalization You act as a thought partner for management and represent Certas to customers, partners and on the market WHAT WE OFFER A key responsible role with direct influence on the development of Certas SA's market and customers A large scope of action in a growing environment, meaningful and related to security Close collaboration with management on strategic issues as well as with commercial partners, major customers and other Certas sites
