Muttenz is an attractive suburban municipality of Basel with around 18 700 inhabitants and is characterized by a service public close to the citizens. In the Social Services and Health department, we are looking for a Clerk Client Accounting 50 % as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.

Your main tasks

• Processing of payment transactions as well as booking and the management of client accounts in Klib
• Tax returns for natural persons
• Creating budgets
• Contact with authorities and social insurance providers
• General administrative work
• Close cooperation with the responsible professional guardian

Our requirements

• Completed commercial basic training
• Further training as a Clerk Accounting and/or Fiduciary
• Good knowledge in the field of social insurance
• Experience in child and adult protection is an advantage
• Good user knowledge of MS Office products
• High resilience and social competence
